Braun Consulting & Investigations, LLC is a full service private investigative firm which specializes in death investigation. Tim Braun, the firm's owner and chief consultant, is a retired law enforcement veteran who has earned both national and international recognition for his investigative achievements. Having served 13 years as a county homicide detective and homicide task force commander, Tim has been involved with 500 murder cases along with hundreds of other death related incidents.
The highlight of his career came while serving as co-lead homicide detective in the serial murder investigation of registered nurse, Charles "Angel of Death" Cullen. Tim and his partner were credited for eliciting Cullen's marathon confession, which ended the 16 year reign of one of America's most prolific serial killers.
Tim's qualifications, integrity, and experience have earned him the reputation as a highly regarded and top rated homicide investigator. Many law enforcement agencies, family members and attorneys continually seek Tim's advice and opinion on homicides and suspicious death cases.

BCI has added a new component to their services by offering awareness and training seminars to law enforcement, health care professionals & colleg students. Law enforcement investigators are instructed on homicide and death investigation techniques. For health care professionals we offer tips on how to identify and respond to suspicious acivity within their institutions. College students who major in criminal justice, nursing or forensic psychology are offered a variety of topics suited to their course of study.
